Want small dog beagle,or mix no chihuaha in Baker, Oregon For Sale

I am searching for a small breed dog that can live in an apartment. I will be loving and caring for it always will always be taken for walks and for drives with my bf and i will hardly ever be left alone. looking for a mixed breed or a beagle a small breed from 10 months to 2 years.
